Rain and Sun
December reminds me of rain and rain all day long. When I was a kid, we didn't have a white Christmas, instead we had wet Christmas. Visiting neighbours to have some cookies and sweet was always accompanied by an umbrella. I enjoy having Christmas when I was a kid back in Indonesia compared to Singapore. It was all about sharing, caring, and laughing with neighbours and the people that I knew closely, while in Singapore it's about fireworks, roads full of people, foams, and whatever stuff to show off.
It's been raining for the past couple of days. Sun comes in between. That's goed, because I can do many outdoor activities while the sun is out. My feet are sore because of twisting and kicking, my lower back is in pain 'coz of trying to balance my upper body when slipping on a slippery court, and my neck is stiff because I think I slept in a wrong position.
Sometimes I love rain. The solemness atmosphere that it brings will just calm my mind. Watching a good movie on the bed, plus mango juice, and a few bits of crackers would make it complete.

dinner+ H.O.P.E + waiting for taxi = my thursday
I went to H.O.P.E concert today per invitation from Koper. He said that's a free concert featuring Jason and Demarco whom I don't know who the hell these guys were, until Arvi explained. In short, these guys are couple and they tour together to promote their music which speaks a lot about love. They are:
Noting that there was a minister of state invited to this event, it's one step forward by the Singapore government to embrace its gay society.
Well, anyways, this event by H.O.P.E is not all about that. The message passed on by everyone on the stage is loud and clear... prevent yourself to get infected by HIV.
I came across a lady who is an activist of AIDS awareness activities who sent me an email about what kind efforts she is doing and how I can contribute/help. That's a good thing as one of my new year resolutions would be: "To spend 4 hours/month for social service".
"the members of the pop music duo Jason & deMarco. Jason & deMarco are perhaps best described as a gay Christian rock band. They are partners not only in making music of a mostly inspirational/spiritual nature, but also in life, as sweethearts."Speaking about Jason and Demarco, they said that they had tried to come to Singapore for 2 years until finally they've got a permission to step into the red-dot town. This is what Jason and Demarco said:
"We want to thank the Media Development Authority of Singapore for allowing us this opportunity to share our music in their beautiful land and focus on the ..."
