New features to get you better
I've been living for 25 years. My friends and other people living on earth, have been living more than that, and some are less than 25 years. Then, the question that I would like to raise:
Why experience? not money or other stuff? I feel that experience is the best thing that a person can learn throughout time. It equips one to take decisions, and, the most important thing, to live with that decisions every single day in one's life.
Yes, that's exactly how a person can live a better life. It is to feel content to what he has decided, to feel happy with what he has, and not to regret what he hasn't got. I think that's the secret ingredient of making noodle, the dragon scroll reserved only for the dragon warrior (ref: Kungfu Panda)
Experience is like feature in product development. When we started with Hoiio, we have the best mobile application. However, that solution is not enough without an ability to pay through mobile phone. We learnt that. We answered it.

Yesterday, we launched Hoiio Mobile payment capability. That's a new milestone in our product development as it gives our users the capability of purchasing Hoiio credit using their mobile phone.
Humm... Products are like humans, they get better. Features are like experience. They are the function of time.
What's the utmost difference between me and them? The answer wouldn't be that simple. The answer is: Experience.

My math is not that rusty yet =)
My math and problem analytic skill are not that rusty yet. This is proven by what happened today. So, in short, Chatrin sent an email about a math problem.
This is the algorithm that I derived. I eliminate the basic steps so you can find it out yourselves.
My math is not that rusty yet, hahaha....
Egg $0.10If you are not interested in knowing how it is solved, it doesn't matter. The answer is
Chicken $6
Watermelon $3
Question:
How many of above items to get the total 100 items of $100 dollar?
OR If from software point of view, how to calculate it by algorithm?
70 eggs, 10 chicken, and 1 watermelon
This is the algorithm that I derived. I eliminate the basic steps so you can find it out yourselves.
For w=0 till w=31w = watermelons, e = eggs, c = chicken.
.... c=(900-29w)/59
.... if c is a positive integer then
.... .... e = 100 - c - w
.... ....if e is a positive integer, then
.... .... .... return value of e, c, w (solved)
.... .... .... endif
.... endif
end for
return false (cannot be solved)
My math is not that rusty yet, hahaha....

Hoiio Launch at CommunicAsia 2008
It's been a long time since I wrote on this blog. Anyways, now I'm online again.
Our Hometone project (www.myhometone.com) evolved to Hoiio (beta) (www.hoiio.com) in January. After that, we took an important milestone to announce to the world about Hoiio in CommunicAsia 2008. This is the presentation that we created (there's supposed to be music in it, but slideshare doesn't allow music to be uploaded).
Oh, don't forget to vote for us for Slideshare's presentation contest.
Now that we are public, we've got a couple of partners working with us already:

Now that we are public, we've got a couple of partners working with us already:- Hoiio empowers Buzzcity's mygamma community (close to 3 million members) with voice.
- Partnering with Deltapath to put Hoiio Enterprise Mobility on top of their large-enterprise-quality SIP server, frSIP
- Technology partnership with PhoneFromHere
